WAG's Holiday Raffle is simple: 100 tickets will be sold at $100 each. Winning ticket will be drawn in early November, winner receives $5,000. In the event less than 100 tickets are sold, winner receives 50% of raffle proceeds.

Rules:
1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of Walton Animal Guild, Inc. relating to this raffle, which shall be binding and final as to all matters thereto.
2. All net proceeds of the raffle will benefit the programs provided by Walton Animal Guild, Inc. (hereinafter Sponsor).
3. Eligibility - Raffle tickets may be purchased only by persons 18 year or older. Raffle tickets may NOT be purchased or transferred to anyone under the age of 18. Current officers and directors of Walton Animal Guild, Inc. are not eligible to participate. Only one individual per ticket.
4. No more than 100 raffle tickets will be sold, for a maximum prize of $5,000. If less than 100 tickets are sold, Winner will receive 50 percent of gross raffle proceeds.
5. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of the Winner. The taxable value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income to the winner for federal and state income tax purposes and reported as such by Sponsor.
6. Winner will be announced in a public drawing at 3 p.m. on November 11, 2010, at the St. Alban's Chili Challenge.
